By moving the claims process into our app, we've substantially reduced the amount of time and effort needed to file one. Our claims are typically reviewed and processed same-day, and usually within minutes.
With the Lori app or on hellolori.com, log in and select “Make a Claim” from the menu to begin.
With our concierge repair you can choose the date, time, and place. Whatever works best for you, we’re on your schedule.
Any applicable service fees are paid directly through our app for a touchless experience. Our repair techs will have you back up and scrolling in no time!
A service fee is applied to claims filed on covered devices under each plan. You can think of this as a “co-pay” for the repair or replacement of your device. The amount of the fee is specific to the plan chosen and applied before scheduling an appointment. You are eligible for two (2) scheduled repair appointments in a 12-month period.
If your chosen plan covers a lost or stolen device, a service fee is applied to each replacement claim. You are eligible for one (1) replacement claim in a 12-month period.
