Starting on July 12, 2023, Lori Device Protection plans will no longer be sold. If you have a Starter, Essential, No Worries, or Spoil Me plan, we’ll continue to support your device until the end of your plan term. As of the last date of your plan term, we are electing to non-renew your current plan per your coverage documents. As a result, your protected device will no longer be covered once your current policy ends.
We made Lori for people just like us: people who care about their smartphones. We provide people with device protection when they need it most, helping our customers stay connected to family, friends, and colleagues.
As we continue to serve our current customers with their device protection needs, Lori® Device Protection products will no longer be available. If you have a Starter, Essential, No Worries, or Spoil Me plan, we’ll continue to support your device until the end of your plan term.
We look forward to upgrading our product offerings to deliver an even better service in 2023.
If you choose to cancel your plan, you may do so at any time. You may cancel coverage at any time online at HelloLori.com, through the Lori app, or by calling 1-866-FOR-LORI (1-866-367-5674), and receive an applicable refund, if any, as described in your state specific coverage documents.
To cancel in the app, simply navigate to Manage Account, select Manage Device, select the Device Name of the device you no longer want protected, and select Cancel Coverage.
Great news! If you purchased a new device, it's under a manufacturer's warranty usually for 12 months from the date you received the device. Going this route, you can get your device fixed without paying your service fee.
